ARCOLA MILLS 2008 FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION A peaceful and private setting, the beautiful St. Croix River flowing past just outside the door, a space warmed by ancient white pine floors and lit with natural light flowing through the artful imperfections of 160-year-old glass: these are the defining qualities of the Arcola retreat experience. The scenic St. Croix Valley has long been a place of inspiration and renewal. At Arcola Mills, it is a tradition we uphold today, making our facility and grounds available for half- and full-day retreats. Arcola Mills provides retreat facilities for business and community groups whose mission or purpose is related to Arcola’s primary theme areas of the arts, environment, history, and healing/renewal. Arcola is best suited for gatherings of 25 or fewer. Reservations are now being accepted for groups interested in 2008 retreats. At present, Arcola can accommodate day-retreats only, but will be happy to work with retreat planners to find quality overnight lodging in the vicinity. Early reservations are encouraged for best choice of dates. We are happy to provide site tours to prospective retreat clients; please call ahead if you care to visit. 2008 RATES Corporate/Business:

SERVICES & BENEFITS To provide a peaceful and private environment for retreat guests, Arcola Mills will not schedule concurrent groups during your stay. Your group is welcome to utilize main floor gathering spaces, walk Arcola’s established trails, and enjoy the exhibit hall, featuring “A Story of the St. Croix: Patterns of Change.” RETREAT HOST Arcola Mills will assign a Retreat Host to provide a brief orientation to Arcola Mills, answer any questions, and provide needed assistance to your group throughout your stay. Optional Services (additional fees apply)
RESERVATIONS Arcola Mills is now accepting requests from groups interested in half-day and full-day retreats. For reservations and more details, contact Arcola via phone at 651-439-1652 or email retreats@arcolamills.org DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A nonrefundable deposit in the amount of 1/2 the rental fee is required upon confirmation of your retreat date(s), with the remainder to be paid on the day of the retreat.
